Hi guys.
Suppose the 6-MOSFET H-bridge is driving three windings of a BLDC (those three inductors) What else other than those 6 flywheeling diodes do I need to protect MOSFETs and generally, the whole circuit from kickback spikes?

Ok then. I will try and see what happens.

 

Assure also that the motor "frame ground" connection is solid relative to the power common "ground" of the driver package. Capacitive coupling from windings to frame on motors is real, AND can cause very puzzling problems.
