Hello,

I have bought led bulb with 69 SMD LEDs and they are arranged in 10 rows of 6 LEDs and on top 6 more LEDs.
Suddenly, some rows went off, but if i take 12V to that row with LED driver, they work.

So the conclusion is that LEDs are OK, but something else might need replacement, any ideas?

 

Current limiting resistor(s)?

More details needed. Post a schematic if you can, or a link to the product or its datasheet/spec.

 

shorts, cold solder joints, cut traces,etc...

 

Is it still under warranty?

 

If it's all surface mount and it's all on one side, a photo might be enough.

You have mentioned Total 69 LEDs
10 rows of 6 LEDs will make 60 LED, on top 6 will make it 66 LEDs
where are remaining 3 LEDs ??
