LDO Regulator & Forward Body Bias Technique

Hi,
I'm designing LDO Regulator for my mini project using Mentor Graphic 0.13um Silterra Technology. The aim of this project is to reduce the power dissipation of normal / conventional LDO Regulator by applying Forward Body Bias Technique. Unfortunately, after a number of simulation, the power dissipation is not reduced (Normal = 1.66mW) versus (FBB = 2.04mW). Can someone help me on this. Really appreciate your help.
