Look at this option using a FDS4953.

What's the purpose of the the large 100kΩ resistor, R2?
Seems like it should be 10kΩ if you are trying to match input impedances.

Perfect Thanks all working although it does latch all the way even when sig is below V ref but it releases latch when sig goes 0v, Thanks any way and much appreciate your help.
