I found this laser, no specs on it. I asked the manufacturer but no reply. Input is 12v, output is 1000v to 1800v @2.5ma, and that goes into the glass tube.


Would it be safe to hook up 12v to operate it? Not touching any part of it of course.

 

High-powered lasers are nothing to be trifled with.

Don't apply power to it, as you may place yourself and others nearby (or even at some distance) in serious jeopardy. The laser light emitted may be invisible to the naked eye, yet very hazardous.
