I am a post-work student in Portugal, in higher education ISEC - Eng. Eletrotécnica.
I'm doing my final course project which is a one-off wind farm.
When I talk about Kit = communication device.
What I wanted to know if anyone can help me, is this:

I know there are some kits that communicate between wind and Computer through a program called "Skyview_2_0".
But, my wind power is weak an Air_x, and say you can not communicate with this kit because it only has 400W of power.
I called some companies, and they all say the same as the kit only works with wind from 2500W up.

My question is, would anyone know how to make this kit?
Or does anyone know of any kit I could buy to work with this "Skyview_2_0" program?

How much time do I have to do this, another month.
What I've already done, I have all the material to mount the wind, fuse, switch, connecting cables an inverter to connect light bulbs

I never see this console control, who comunicate between eolic and computer, but i know that console exists
