Hi,
I am designing PCB in kicad. I am trying to change the via pad bit same as IC pin's pad. I didn't get success. i googled but no similar searches.

Here is in picture, i want to make PAD 1 same as PAD 2.

 

Not familiar with Kicad, but in other programs, you need to make that change in the device files. In Eagle it is called the "package." Go to edit library, open that device, and change the pad shape. You probably want to save it as an alternative technology rather than change it globally.

 

I see you posted it in the Kicad help forum so you if it is possible you should get the answer there as there are a couple of experts on Kicad there.
