Hello,
I am pretty new to electronics and things of that sort, and i have some questions (sorry if they sound "noob-ish", but i really need some guidance). i am building a portable n64 and have some questions about connecting some wires.

How do i get the wires from the battery pack to go to both the regualtor and the circit board, do i split in two?

Yes, you are allowed to connect a second wire to any place that is already wired directly to the battery, including the terminal on the battery.
