Could anyone comment on why a capacitor is better than an inductor according to the statement below:

"In general, an isolation barrier implemented with capacitors is better for passing signals to low impedance nodes than a barrier formed from inductors."​

Hello there! In general isolation barriers provide galvanic isolation while passing the voltage signal.
Think of a isolation barrier as a tool in a digital designers toolbox.
Inductors and capacitors have advantages and disadvantage with respect to the application. The inductor in this case is a transformer that is used for high impedance nodes.
