I want to know what is the best available design for the Isolated Power output stage
Given Specs are
Operating voltage -20-30v DC
Switching Frequency(Max)- 100KHz
Output Current 1-2 Amp Max

Isolated from what ?
Do You mean Isolated-Grounds ?
Do You really need ~100Khz ?,
this is extremely high Frequency for a PLC-Controller.
10Khz would be overkill, unless you're doing very specialized PWM-Control.

The 100Khz is used to operate Servo Drives as per Siemens PLC we have 100Khz Outputs.
I want to keep the ground separate from the field devices to separate PLC Digital Circuits away from Output side.

What would you suggest in that term?
Having isolation in front of the open drain output has absolutely no effect on the open drain output. The open drain output is not changed in any way. This would be the case of using a standard optoisolator. If you would prefer you can use the transistor in the optoisolator to drive a more capable device. It's up to you. This still has no effect on the open drain output.

You are asking for a lot of headaches if You try running at 100Khz.
And your Outputs are virtually isolated already.

Are You having problems with getting 100khz to work reliably ?
If You are, it's not surprising, and "isolation" is not your problem.

https://support.industry.siemens.co...ation-says-it-is-100khz-for-plc-outputs/83944

If You need to really BLAST a long, highly-Capcitive-Line with a 100khz PWM-Signal,
You can use a FET-Gate-Driver like this .........
https://www.digikey.com/en/products/detail/skyworks-solutions-inc/SI8271BB-IS/5804349

But 100khz operation brings with it all sorts of problems, and compatibility issues,
and just because it has a "bigger number", it doesn't mean that it's "better".
