I've searched far and wide for some time for the datasheet for the Toshiba TA7505M which is an FET opamp.
It would be in a the Toshiba Bipolar IC data book I believe. Manufacturing data is circa 1979.
I do know it has max supply inputs of ±18VDC, temperature range of -30° to 75°C, a 0.5 V/uS slew rate and is in a TO-99 metal can package, but that's it.
Would really like to see some graphs and other electrical characteristic info if anyone happens to have the book. Thank you!
