I have a foot switch. I want to connect foot switch with stm32 mcu. So Im wondering about, can I use foot switch with 12Vdc or 5Vdc?

Yes, use it with that DC.

 

But not at 10A.

 

It will work ok with low-voltage low-current DC initially but, depending on the contact material, the contacts may go high resistance in time. In normal AC high-voltage use there is enough current to keep the contacts 'wet'.

 

Yes, for your application you can use it with DC. The current will not amount to anything in your application.

Indeed the switch can be used for DC, and as stated, you may at some point suffer from some contact resistance problem. Ot maybe not, depending on the mechanical operation of the switch.
