Lets say i have to supply this circuit with a microntroller that can only output a max of 5V, no way i can have a virtual ground with +3V (using voltage divider supplied with +6V)... What should i do?
Is there anyway to reduce the voltage of the virtual ground without affecting the overall multiplier circuit?

Use a higher voltage supply and regulate it down to 5V for the micrcontroller.
