Yes, every battery like that has a BMS to control the charging to protect the cells.
When the battery is full, it will internally disconnect from the charger and when fully discharged it will disconnect from the load.

Maybe a traction battery for a small electric vehicle like a chair.
The fine prints says to use an approved LiFePO4 charger so that's what I would do.

That battery does have all of that besides a built-in charger.
Inside the battery is a BMS which is a battery management system.
It will monitor the voltage of each cell to ensure the voltage is not go too high or too low. So while charging the battery, if the voltage of any of the cells goes above 3.65v it will disconnect the battery from the charger automatically. Also while using / discharging the battery, if the voltage goes below 2.5v or so, it will also disconnect the battery automatically. It will not allow the battery to function until a charger is applied and brings the voltage back up.
YOU STILL MUST USE A BATTERY CHARGER RATED FOR A LifePO4 4s 14.8v BATTERY!!! IT'S POSSIBLE TO USE 12V SLA / LEAD ACID / CAR BATTERY CHARGER IF YOU NEED TO...
