Do you mean that the nodes are not connected well ?My guess is that Hin and Lin are not lining up properly.

The SG3525 datasheet says "A wide range of deadtime can be programmed by a single resistor connected between the CT and Discharge pins."But gate drivers do need to have the dead time. where the sg3525 doesn't.
