The rectangular box that you have labelled as "diff-pair" should include the upper diode (just under the box labelled 7). If you draw the diode as a transistor with its base connected to its collector, it should make more sense. Think of it as a current mirror with one input and two outputs, the input takes a constant current, so the outputs will both be constant currents.
The trapezium-box labelled "diff-pair" isn't - it's just two transistors. Note which terminal is connected to a fixed voltage.
"Differential pair" and the red and black boxes are correct.
You have missed a current mirror - the lower diode (above [4]) and the transistor below "differential-pair". It is important to note that the two current mirrors are both given the same reference current.
