Intel Management Engine Interface help

Hi guys hope you all had a great happy new year; I've had an issue with my Desktop Lenovo M 71 I5 Sandy bridge for some time with freezes once in a while, that only could be resolved with shutting down in the main power button. Upon googling help i learned that disabling/uninstalling Intel Management Engine Interface would solve my freezes issue, so it did solve my issue for 2 weeks or so, but this week it froze again and i went to check again the Device Manager and i saw the Intel Management Engine Interface there again ,i uninstalled it again, so far so good again. My question how to permanently get rid of it, since i don't see any reason to have it for what i use the PC at least so far don't see any difference besides the stop of freezes.
