what is meant by the input bandwidth of the Track and Hold Amplifier?

It specifies the input frequency range of the amplifier. Inputs within that range can be fairly well represented at the amplifier output. Frequencies outside of the range can not be reconstructed to look like the input signal.

I put "fairly well" above because signals at the bandwidth frequency will be reduced in magnitude (and probably have a phase shift). That number is usually 3 dB point.
