On what? By throttle, you mean "gas pedal"/"accelerator" or do you mean the (fuel injector/carburetor) or do you mean the ignition circuit that times the spark to the compression stroke of a piston?

The Inductive throttle IS the Speed control for a Golf cart. IT replaces the pot on the standard PWM circuit
