so im trying to build an induction heater using some irfp250s i had , my idea was to build an h bridge using the irfp250 to drive the work coil ,
and then drive the mosfets using 555 timer, i used a 900w pc power supply one of its outputs give 12v and 25A , when i connected this circuit i always get almost the full 12v on one of the mosfets wich heats up quickly and i have to turn off the powersupply, the timer gives 200 hz at 54% duty cycle ,also the output of the 555 is inverted to drive the other half of the h bridge.
im using this schematic, and help is appreciated

Your frequency is too low, you need about 100-500Khz ideally, and i would put inductors in series with the DC supply to the fets.
