Planned to do a MOSFET based EFUSE with no IC which operates in 3 regions like normal flow,current limiting and then breaking the circuit based on the change in current.The attached graph shows the limiting value but for some time only and the breaking is gradual , I need a sharper one.

Hi,

You could try looking up how to create a Schmitt Trigger 'gate' with bipolar transistors. That would create a snap action that you seem to need.
That would use two bipolar transistors, then your MOSFET would be at the output one way or another.
