Those are the files you get from the ADI website, so nothing new here and very little hope for porting the model to any other simulation environments. If you really knew what you were doing and could infer, from say a block diagram, what was going on you might have some hope of reverse engineering something. You might also try to prevail on ADI for assistance, but I doubt they would have much interest in helping you. Still, the answer is always no if you fail to ask.
