There are two of them that came off of a cathode ray tube from a iMac G1 all-in-one computer
Not sure of what their location was since all the plastic had crumbled to bits before stumbling upon these things. But I do know they were wired directly to the large pins on the circuit board and there was one on each opposite side of the tube.
The two coils are just wound on top of each other

 

Might be dynamic focus coils to keep the pixel electron dot tight as it's deflected across the fairly flat phosphor viewing screen.

 

Dynamic focus correction would be my guess. one winding for vertical focus correction,, the other for horizontal correction.
