Hello, I would like to know what V1 and V2 are in this schematic from this site. I too would be interested in adapting an old scooter to Tach Meter and found this circuit might help. Im not an expert but do find this hobby interesting and so thanks for your patience.

Your original post thanking Eric was visible. Since you replied, he was notified. If you want to notify someone who you are not replying to, put an @ in front of the name. As you type, the name after the @, you will see suggestions about who you intend. It is a good idea to type until you see the right name, then select it, to avoid typos that will prevent the person from being notified.
