Identifying V1 V2 in schematic

Hello, I would like to know what V1 and V2 are in this schematic from this site. I too would be interested in adapting an old scooter to Tach Meter and found this circuit might help. Im not an expert but do find this hobby interesting and so thanks for your patience.

V1 and V2 are pulses of 0V to 300v and 0V to 12V.
Do you want to know the pulse details.?

It is an Ignition frequency doubler.

Your original post thanking Eric was visible. Since you replied, he was notified. If you want to notify someone who you are not replying to, put an @ in front of the name.
