Just curious if anyone here recognizes this SRAM card... circa 1990, so it predates the PC Card / PCMCIA spec.

I'm mainly interested in finding a data sheet for this to help as I reverse engineer the schematic of this board.

Only info I have is the DuPont logo on the connector.

There are only 2 parts on the back side: a 2x4 header (vendor testing) and 20-pin IDC cable connector

Header pins at top are for a 2x20 LCD. Empty 8-pin sockets are unknown.

 

The photo you posted looks like a Single Board Computer based on an Intel P80C31BH microcontroller.

It's actually the main board for a solid-state 'tape deck'.
