I am trying to troubleshoot a poe circuit and need help identifying a part it is labekled rv3, I assumed variable resistor, but I get nothing accross it but the others like it are zero ohms.

 

Typically a resistor must be measured out of circuit.. could very well be a zero ohm jumper..
I don't see it on that board though and its not high enough resultion to zoom in too far..
