i am new to this forum and want to say hello and thanks for let me in
I am working as a media technician and get a capture card from one of our customers.
There were little parts ripped of the PCB but nothing i cant solder back in place.
But under the microscope i found tiny pads where propably a resistor is missing.
Now i am looking for this part, Elgato support wasnt helpfull in any way.
Maybe someone has an idea where to look for a schematic or has entrance to this card and can measure the part?!

So what is the IC next to the missing component, and on which pins does it go?
I assume it has something to do with that component.
Maybe you dont need the whole schematic, you only need to know how that component is connected in a circuit.

 

as i cant find real high res pictures online i can only assume, that the IC is a MX25L12873F and the corresponding pin SIO2.
I will have a real look when i am home on the weekend

 

the other side of missing component connects to wider track, likely a power. but not GND which is isolated from. so missing component is likely a pull up resistor or protection diode (clamp to V+ rail).
