It's in a 40A, 24VDC battery charger. I tried a Google search to no avail, I'm taking the charger apart to use for parts for other projects. I hate buying parts when I can salvage/scavenge parts. I'd like to get a data sheet or info so I'll know what I can do with it. Thanks!

That's a power MOSFET, a IRFP32N50K., rated at Vds(max) = 500V and Id(max) = 32A.
