It doesn’t look like two of those 3014 leds mounted on a board.
I want to make a lamp and don’t know how. Please help

Why not to do this, just cut little pieces of proto board and solder the diodes in?
I'm sure they want the patron of their art to be able to replace LEDs in the future.Does to me.

Yeah, then we'll have the patron on here asking which leg of the LED is negative. If the replacement is needed they could just use these clips -
