hi Guys I need some help with my AV receiver .

The model is TX-NR708. it powers up but there is no second and third relay clicks.
so basically i have no sound. because the two relays do not turn on .
i only hear the first power relay click

 

There is a delay in the "clicks" to allow for any power fluctuation to cease before turning on the speakers. If this does not happen, than the receiver has detected a problem with the output channels and prevents the speakers from turning on. I suspect that the outputs are shorted and the unit is in what is called "protect".
