It might be a 100 uF, 6.3V cap made April 2014 (Vishay). That is, A8 = 100 uF; J= 6.3V; and R = April, 2014. If you can measure it to get the actual case size, that would help confirm that identification.
Edit: That cap does not look like it failed electronically, so I would also recommend testing it with a capacitance tester.
Notebooks, particularly those made after 2014 are quite sophisticated. I don't think blindly removing and replacing all the "bigger" capacitors on the board will be a productive way to troubleshoot it.
