So I am fooling around with a p channel mosfet

I have a the source terminal connected to a power supply at say 15 volts

I have a small load (resistor) connected to the drain and then to ground.

The gate is being pulsed off and on and has a 10k pull up for the off half cycle.
I don't understand why I am still conducting with the gate pulled up to 15V The mosfet has a VGS th of -3

my VGS for conduction is 0-15 = -15v so it conducts and then pulled up to + 15 and it should no longer conduct but it is

What am I missing?

Sounds like the D and the S are mixed up.
What happens when you connect G to S? No signal.

Indeed, Drain and Source seem reversed. Positive flows IN to the drain and Out of the source. And the gate to source voltage determines the amount of conduction.

But presently we are awaiting a response from the TS. The description of the power connections is a bit foggy from where I sit.
