It was working fine and then suddenly it stopped working. I have included pictures to show how it is now. Can anyone help me diagnose what is wrong with it. Is the LCD panel faulty or there is some issue with the circuitry. Is this fixable? What parts would be needed. Any help would be god sent.

Unless you are familiar with LCD, I would say, trash it.
That monitor has cof or/and LCD issues. It's not even half damaged and it's old from the looks at the edges. The polarizer has really aged. Not worth the money.

If half is gone, most likely can be repaired.
