Or maybe not. But I tried three times in General Electronics Chat, and failed all three times. Anyone else having problems?

Some people have reported spotty posting capabilities... generally, try to keep the number of characters in your title below 20 characters...

 

I made the post here with no problem, but I just tried again in GEC and failed. Some server error message. Hmmm.

I failed three times to start a thread in General Electronics Chat. Then, based on tshuck's suggestion, I shortened the title and succeded. Though I have used long titles in the past with no problem.

 

It's an old known bug with unknown origins.

 

And we can always change the title on request.
