Dear All,
I have a problem with some single board computers with Hyperstone F3 / F4 controllers on it. This controller is connected with 2pcs NAND memories that I would like to replace with brand new memories. Unfortunately after I replace them with new pieces (same, just new) BIOS doesn't recognize them (shows no hard drive) so I suppose that the Hyperstone IC doesn't recognize blank NAND memories properly. When I solder back the old pieces it works again. Do you have maybe a datasheet or any other documentation that shows how to prepare NAND memories to work with this controller? I'm replacing memories with the same model - have checked IDs and they are same in the old and new part.
Thank you for your time.
