Cloudy, blustery, and warm for this time of year in West Tennessee. Tomorrow it is supposed to be clear with a high of 60F. Global warming, I suppose. ;)

Go ahead and gloat about living in Florida, Texas, Arizona and California.

December has been so warm that I am going to have to mow my grass one more time.

Nasty night last night. Most of the storm was east of me. Has anyone seen Wendy today? She lives closer to the storm's track line.

It got withing two miles of me, and I know several people whose homes were badly damaged. One guy in particular came through with some damage, while the homes across the street in Rowlett had their upper stories removed.

Lots of thunder and lightning, which continues. But I'm OK.

They had it on the 19:00hrs news today. They said that is would be freezing cold, and perhaps snow... You need to find your snowshoes, Wendy.:)

Glad to hear you are OK!

How about @strantor? Doesn't he live in TX as well?

Strantor does live in Texas but the state is almost twice the size of Norway. Strantor is in the Houston area, storms were in Dallas area.

The last time I drove across Texas, I decided it should be about 6 states. It's that big!
With a 55 MPH speed limit and a U-Haul trailer behind me, it took 3 days to go from the best huevos rancheros in El Paso to the stench of the Houston oil refinerys. and that's just a straight line across the north edge of the state. I'll bet Texas is 2 or 3 days from north to south, too!

ps, The Weather. Heat Index almost up to 90F between Christmas and New Years Day.
Not what I wanted, but the carpeting in the used car should dry before the dog odor is replaced by a moldy odor.
