Guys, would you be able to advice on this find? No model number, no make even beneath the cover nor on the board. Where to start if I would like to connect it to a DVR? Thanks

It kind of looks like a FLIR brand MPX, ME323 series camera. My paperwork shows 2 plugs. One for 12 volt regulated power, the other is video.

The person that cut off the wires did not help this project.
Probably two ground wires, one power and one video. But maybe not.
