I want to wire the switch to the motor so in 1 positions it goes forwards, in the second(middle) goes backwards and in the last position goes off.
Is there a way to achieve this? I am used to working with drones/UAV's, and there you have a 3-wire phases, but they are not on that little motor? Will reversing volt work? How should i wire this?

Looks like you just reverse the supply to the Red and Black wires for direction..

It would be better if the 'off' position were the centre one, so that the motor isn't abruptly switched from one direction to the other (which is stressful for the motor and gears).

so i dont even have to use the other wires? No phase?

 

I don't speak Dutch but it seems there is some kind of encoder on the motor?
I see now it is just a DC motor with a hall effect sensor that has four wires, and two for the DC motor.
You don't need the sensor to run it, just the two motor wires if preferred.
