I already have that one (came yesterday) but the size is not going to work on my project and that is why I was looking at the L293N asi can make the circuit smaller…?The L293N on the board with ready made interface may prove a little less trouble?![]()

I think you will need a transistor H Bridge or a transistor/mosfet arrangement if the control signal is only 2 volts.I already have that one (came yesterday) but the size is not going to work on my project and that is why I was looking at the L293N asi can make the circuit smaller…?
Thank you for your reply and yes I know I will need a transistor to switch thee 2 volt signal. I’m think of using BC558 transistor as my increased trigger source?I think you will need a transistor H Bridge or a transistor/mosfet arrangement if the control signal is only 2 volts.
Are you referring to my circuit in post #24?An open collector output will not be able to do that directly.
The two volt signal come from a out side source that only comes on for about 3 seconds then off.Technically it looks correct using switches but where does this 2 volt trigger pulse work in the circuit?
The switches will be replaced with separate external sourcesTechnically it looks correct using switches but where does this 2 volt trigger pulse work in the circuit?
Suggestion using a single 2 volt trigger.

Thank you sghioto, can you expand on this circuit a little for me. I see that it has a 2v trigger but I do not understand where the second trigger is. I want to operate this switch as two position, forward and reverse.
I’m very interested in this circuit, it is small and uses small housed MOSFETs keeping the foot print small and low cost.
On another note the second trigger will be a 12vdc pulse, so one direction with a 2 volt signal and the other direction with a 12volt signel.
Thank you, Ron
