You could use the Special-functions/Modulate device to sim the whole FSK generator (Vfsk is a normal voltage source), and BV devices to sim the multipliers in the detector. Pick almost any comparator. Not sure how you'd sim the low-pass filters with those specific parameters.
The spice equivalent in LTspice for the FSK generator block - E2 is an E device (VCVS) fed by a BV device (Vfsk).
The BV device expression would contain the sin() equation shown on the diagram. V(IN+,IN-) would be supplied by an independent voltage source not shown on the diagram, and would control the magnitude (or it could be hard coded, or coded as a parameter, into the equation if desired).
However, as Alex_T suggested, the FSK block could also be represented using an LTspice modulate device.
The summing components in the Detector and Lopass filters would be designed from active or passive components.
