A re-settable fuse in my lab installed in the 3-phase transformer secondary was damaged (see image). Is it possible to re-set this? or need a replacement?

 

It might be ok. Does the transformer work ok? If it does work ok, I would paint the chipped pains with varnish as a precaution in case moisture is a concern (fingernail polish should be fine) and then leave it as repaired. Otherwise replace it and test again.

 

The circuit is fused and fuse light did not lit.
