How to remove ADC buffer noise on Keilmvision 5?

Am working on keilmvision 5 and STM32F446RE board, I am using both ADC and DAC for my program. When I make my ADC/ DAC buffers as 32-bit they work fine without much noise, but when I reduced their bit size to 16-bits it gives me too much noise. I don't know why this is happening. If anyone knows the reason please tell me how to reduce this noise. I have attached my main file please review it.
