Hello,

I have a small device that contains lights and a chip. It goes on a fidget spinner. When you turn the lights on and spin the fidget spinner you see patterns like stars, dollar signs, etc. I was wondering if there is a way for me to read the chip into my computer and change the patterns. Does anyone have any idea where I can start to work on this (links to websites, software, etc.)? Thanks.

After doing some searching I think you are right. I can not re program this chip, but I think I can read the contents and possibly replace the chip with a re programmable one. So I guess first step is to buy the things I need to read it. Any idea what model chip this is? It doesn't seem to have any writting on it. It's only about 1/4 of an inch in length.
