Hi all again.

How to properly test STP9NK50ZFP transistor mosfet using digital multimeter what readings should I get??

Now if I connect in this order

(S) to (Negative) Then (G) to (positive) result LO

(S) to (Negative) Then (D) to (positive) result LO

(S) to (Negative) Then (G) to (positive) and then (D) to (positive) result is still LO

All done in diode testing mode is here I missing something???

You can't "test" a MOSFET with the diode test function on a meter. The only PN junction in a MOSFET is the parasitic diode across the S/D.

I'd use a curve tracer. If you don't have access to one, you have to build a circuit to test them.
