How to get more voltage gain in bjt amplifier

You need to drive more current into base of Q1 and Q4.
Rb5 and Rb8 are limiting your base currents.
Also Co2 is AC coupling the output of Q2.
You need a current driver stage to take the output from Q2 and drive higher DC currents into Q1 and Q4.

For power supply stability, do not power the preamp stages directly from raw +33V and -33V. Use RC filters and drop the voltage a little to give some power supply filtering.
