Hi all

I have a circuit and it was displayed on the DC power generator that is 0.13A and 5v.

However, Im having some problem about how to determine what batteries is suitable for my circuit. Of course the smaller the better, and I wondering can button cell do the task?

Thanks!!

Regards

If you use 2 Lithium batteries with a capacity of 1200 mAh each, and an LDO regulator; you can get 5V at 130 mA for approximately 9 hours

1200 mAh / 130 mA ≈ 9.2 hrs

Not well, or not for long. Two 2032 cells in series would give a 6V nominal voltage and might supply 130mA for 2 hours.

How sensitive is your device - does it require a regulated voltage? Does it really draw 130mA constantly or intermittently?
