How to design a basic band pass filter comprising of a series combination of T-section high pass filter and a T-section low pass filter to pass the frequencies between 10kHz and 100kHz. Take K =100 for HPF and K =400 for LPF.

You need to specify the maximum attenuation in the passband and the maximum attenuation in the stopband. The frequencies of the passband and the stopband will determine the order of the filter.

 

Is this an active or passive filter?
What is "K"?
