How to calculate R3&C3 values of lithium ion battery 3RC model from battery discharge curve

Iam trying to calculate lithium ion battery 3RC model parameters from the battery discharge voltage curve using equations.For single discharge current pulse, from the first slope of voltage of curve i calculated R2 & C2. From the second slope i calculated R1 & C1.I dont know which place i have to consider to calculate R3&C3 values.
