How pull out or remove a bent pin ends IC from pcb

How do we pull out or remove a solderless bent pin ends IC from pcb to be replace with another better one ?
tried a small long nose plier to accomplish with no avail, seem the contact still not suitable or small enough

sincere help is appreciated

Assuming its soldered in,
then it wont just pull out ,

you need to get the heat up to the melting point of the solder,
as mentioned above,
a de soldering station is the answer, but I guess as your asking, you wont have one,
If you have a soldering iron, then solder wick and flux might work, or may be a solder sucker,
