hello,
current mean flow of number of electrons in conductor wires
but if we see 5V in oscilloscope it show 0V to 5V range like square wave
in practical we see voltage it also flow through wire but how this 5V wave is formed how it work?

You have various posts asking questions to which you could easily find the answer yourself by using Google or some other search engine. This is one such post.
Google gives me this, for example.

voltage does not flow. where did you find something that stupid?
voltage is a difference in electrical potential between two points.
you pick one point and say: This is my reference point.
then you pick a second point and compare it to the first.
if second point has higher electrical potential when compared to the first point (V2>V1), the difference is V2-V1= positive number

Electrical field like magnetic field does not require a path.

I don't think OP is native English speaker so finding information is actually three step process for them:
- find it
- translate it
- understand it
That is A LOT of work. Easier just to bug people on forums.
